Award search tools
There are many sites and apps out there to help you find the best award flight deals and simplify the process of redeeming your points and miles — and they often charge a fee to get the most out of them. Thankfully, several of the best award search tools are on sale for Travel Tuesday.
ExpertFlyer: This tool (owned by TPG's parent company, Red Ventures) is offering 30% off a Premium yearly plan with code "CYBER30," but TPG readers can save even more with code "TPG40" for a 40% discount. Since Premium plans cost $99.99 per year, you can get one for just $60 with the TPG code.

Flight deal alert memberships
Another handy tool is flight deal alert services, which notify you of rock-bottom prices and mistake fares, allowing you to jump on them before they are snapped up. Again, there's usually a free version, but you can get far more from the paid plans.
Dollar Flight Club: Want flight deals tailored to your favorite departure airports and dream destinations? On Travel Tuesday, you can sign up to receive your first month free and your first year for only $29 (a 70% discount off the standard price of $99 per year).
Purchase your Dollar Flight Club plan by Dec. 2, 2025.
Going: Going's paid plans include both cash fares and award flights. This Travel Tuesday, you can save on a Premium or Elite membership as follows: 20% off one-year plans, 30% off three-year plans and 40% off five-year plans. Plus, you can get the same discounts on Going gift cards.
Sign up for Premium or Elite by Dec. 2, 2025, or purchase a gift card through Dec. 31, 2025.
The best credit cards for Travel Tuesday deals

Which credit card should you use for your purchase? That depends.
For flights and stays, we'd recommend using a card that earns bonus points on airfare and hotel purchases, such as:
- American Express® Gold Card: Earn 3 points per dollar spent on airfare booked directly with the airline or on amextravel.com.
- American Express Platinum Card®: Earn 5 points per dollar spent on airfare booked directly with the airline or American Express Travel® (on up to $500,000 of these purchases per calendar year, then 1 point per dollar).
- Chase Sapphire Reserve® (see rates and fees): Earn 4 points per dollar spent on flights booked directly with the airline and hotel stays booked directly with the hotel.
For independent hotels, cruises, booking platforms, small-group tours and other general travel purchases, consider one of our best cards for general travel. For instance, the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card (see rates and fees) earns 2 points per dollar spent on travel.
For purchases that may not code as travel, such as award search tools and flight deal alert memberships, your best bet will be a card that earns bonus rewards on everyday purchases. For example, the Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card and Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card earn 2 miles per dollar spent on every purchase.
